About Heart Healthy and Hot

Heart Healthy & Hot was founded in honor of my beloved Mother and inspired by a deep commitment to protecting and strengthening the health of women everywhere. My personal journey as a survivor, along with my experiences with heart health, shaped the vision for a movement dedicated to uplifting, educating, and empowering women to prioritize their well-being.

Guided by the belief that every woman deserves both vitality and visibility, Heart Healthy & Hot was created to raise awareness, promote prevention, and build supportive communities where women feel confident taking control of their heart health.

Heart disease remains the leading cause of death among women, yet awareness and early prevention can save lives. Through education, community outreach, and strategic partnerships, Heart Healthy & Hot works to ensure that women have access to the knowledge, resources, and support they need to live longer, healthier lives.

We are proud to support and align with the lifesaving work of organizations such as the American Heart Assocation. As a 2026 New York City Class of Survivors honoree, I am honored to use my voice and experience to raise awareness about heart disease in women. This recognition strengthens the mission of Heart Healthy & Hot to educate, empower, and support women in prioritizing their heart health and living longer, healthier lives.
